After playing nearly the entire game, Miami Heat superstar and reigning NBA MVP LeBron James walks off the floor and holds up his finger to signify that the Eastern Conference finals will need one more game to decide a champ after James willed the Heat past the Celtics on Thursday thanks to a big 45-point night.
