Dougherty County School Board member Anita Williams-Brown held a news conference Tuesday to complain about three stolen four-by-four campaign signs and the attempted theft of another. Williams-Brown is standing beside one of the signs she replaced recently on Jefferson St. across from Ellott Funeral Home.
