The Mitchell County girls stayed hot with a 69-59 win Wednesday against Claxton to advance to the Elite 8 with a five-game winning streak — and all kinds of momentum --- while Mitchell County's boys overcome a slippery floor and a tough Claxton team to advance to the Elite 8 for the firs time since 2003.
