Pataula Charter Academy third grade teacher Heather Worsley instructs her students on Thursday in Edison. Pataula officials are in favor of HR 1162 while most local school boards oppose it. The resolution, if passed by the Senate, would give voters a chance to make it an amendment to the state constitution. It would allow the state to establish charter schools without approval of local school boards.

One token black child. Look at the photo. I am white. Of course they want this school to come under state funds. I am against it. This school could be a subschool like the Magnet school in DCSS. They want all of us to support their segregation.

Sorry, it is 2 black children. Less than 20% and that area has 90% black.

Even DCSS are not allowed to wear hats in class. Weapons and bombs could be under them as well has paper to cheat on. This is not done in public schools at all.
