Rory McIlroy held off Tiger Woods, who ended Sunday’s final round of the Honda Classic with a birdie and an eagle, to win the tournament and move to No. 1 in the world ranking. The 22-year-old McIlroy is the second-youngest golfer to ever hold that title.
