Former Georgia tight end Orson Charles is arrested after failing parts of a field sobriety test and having a blood alcohol level at .095, while Friday’s ruling by the NCAA means Georgia Tech loses its 2009 ACC title and must pay a $100,000 fine for allowing Demaryius Thomas to play when he was ineligible.
