Albany Dougherty Homeless Coalition Chairman David Blackwell packs items during Project Homeless Connect Tuesday at the Salvation Army on West Second Avenue. The one-day event was designed to help individuals, families or veterans needing assistance receive help to improve their circumstances at no charge.
