Dougherty County Coroner Emma Quimbley speaks at a domestic violence awareness proclamation event Thursday at Marine Corps Logistics Base-Albany. Statistics from the Georgia Commission on Family Violence show that there were 108 domestic violence fatalities reported statewide in 2011.
