Chipper Jones, right, is greeted by the entire Atlanta Braves team in a wild celebration at home plate on Sunday after Jones belted a three-run, walk-off homer to cap a ninth inning rally, sending the Braves past the Phillies, 8-7. It was Jones’ ninth career walk-off homer.
