Chipper Jones waves to Mets fans, who gave the Braves third baseman a fond farewell Sunday as Jones, who was a nemesis for the Mets during his long career, played his final game in New York in a 3-2, 10-inning win on Sunday. Jones is retiring at the season’s end.
