Original Montford Point Marine Henry Jackson was among the first African-Americans to serve in the United States Marine Corps. He was among 500 of his comrades to be awarded a Congressional Gold Medal last June and will be featured in a Black History Month Program Sunday at Cray Chapel CME Church.
