Former Albany High coach Reggie Mitchell went 2-28 during his only stint as a public school prep football coach in Southwest Georgia, but now he's one of three finalists for the Americus-Sumter vacancy.

Americus-Sumter is close to hiring a football coach, and according to sources, former Albany High and Sherwood Christian coach Reggie Mitchell is one of three finalists.
