Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan works out as offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter watches during training camp this season. Ryan has enjoyed the best season of his five-year career, thanks in part to the play-calling of Koetter, who signed a contract extension with Atlanta on Wednesday.
