Judy Bowles, executive director of Keep Albany-Dougherty County Beautiful, photographs some of the organization’s award winners, along with Mayor Dorothy Hubbard, at the 24th annual Cheers To Our Volunteers Celebration Luncheon on Thursday. Bowles said volunteers contributed more than 208,000 hours of community time last year. (Jan. 24, 2013)
