UGA safety Josh Harvey-Clemons, seen sitting on the bench dejected last season at the end of the Bulldogs' SEC Championship loss to Alabama, will not play Georgia's opener against Clemson after his one-game suspension following a marijuana incident at the school recently in which he admitted to smoking pot but was not caught with any.
