A U.S. District Court judge has given the Federal Trade Commission an extension until April 14 to file a motion to dismiss its lawsuit against Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and the Hospital Authority of Albany-Dougherty County in regard to the Authority’s acquisition of Phoebe North (formerly Palmyra Medical Center).
