As a business owner and private consumer it causes great concern to me that Postell, Pike, Langstaff and Marietta are planning to pillage the utility till. There will be more illegal monies going to museums, personal care homes and church housing developments than you can count. Keep Lem Edwards between the unholy alliance and WG&L's checkbook. No person on the city commission or city staff is sophisticated enough to handle WG&L. You think we have trouble now with attracting industry wait until Curly, Moe, Larry and Shemp get control of the utility service. WG&L needs to be made into an authority to be exempt from control by those blood sucking clowns.

WG&L might be what saves Albany in the coming years.

As to Mr. Postell, his agenda is quite clear. Should the city elect another or two more with this attitude it will surley crumble into the river. I mean you no disrespect Mr. Postell, as you speak for yourself.

If the decision were made on management skills and fiscal responsibility, it would be the other way around - the Commission would be reporting to WG&L's General Manager.

It seems the four got their vote with two of them abandoning Junior. One of them was certainly Caspar Milquetoast Marietta who is the last person in the world one would want in a foxhole. I could have told you that, Junior. Maybe WG&L should have allowed you to inherit your dad's job as its attorney. He was a fine person and a good attorney for WG&L he surely has been turning over in his grave.
