100% agreement here. Particularly if all of city is served by WG&L, otherwise an equitable arrangement could be in order. Also I believe slum lords should be required to improve their rental units to a reasonable level of energy utilization.

I "totally" agree with Fryar as property taxes are now out of sight and should not be increased. let those who do not pay property taxes pay for a change. You use it (WG&L) you pay for it......Hank

I think it would be a way to equalize who contributes to the city coffers. There is a large part of the population in this city who do not pay property taxes.
