The Herald’s new No.1 team, Albany High, stays perfect with a 59-40 win against city rival Dougherty in the semifinals of the U Save It Boys Basketball Tournament on Monday night, setting up a showdown in tonight’s title game at the Albany Civic Center with new Herald No. 2 Westover, which upset previous No. 1 Monroe, 61-50, as the Tornadoes drop to No. 3 in the Fab 5 Poll.
