Slow-cooked marinated ribs are excellent on the grill!
Ingredients
Instructions
Place desired amount of ribs in a deep dish/pan and cover completely with Coke (the real thing).
Cover pan with foil and cook in oven at 200-250 degrees for at least six hours...overnight works best.
Drain ribs and cook on the grill until slightly charred. Ribs can be drained and refrigerated until ready to grill.
BBQ sauce can be brushed on while grilling if desired.
Note: Ribs will be extremely tender when removed from the oven-handle carefully so the slab stays together.
