CHUCK PERSALL: Outpatient treatment surprisingly quick

I was recently given a doctor’s order to have a series of x-rays performed at Phoebe’s new Outpatient Care Center on Meredyth Drive. I had no appointment and all I had was a piece of paper indicating what type of x-rays were needed. I was dreading it because I expected many hours of waiting with my back hurting very badly.

Their staff was amazingly efficient and very courteous. Their radiology staff is the best there is. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Albany is very fortunate to have so many caring people in such a fine state-of-the-art facility. I’m not easily impressed, but Phoebe’s new Outpatient Care Center is truly amazing.

I’d like to thank each and every one of their fine staff for making my visit fast and very efficient. May God bless you all.
