GDOT plans guardrail maintenance

Construction crews with the Georgia Department of Transportation will be doing guardrail maintenance in the median of the U.S. Highway 82 business route near Piney Wood Creek in Dougherty County on Monday.

Farm Bureau fighting hunger

Dougherty County Farm Bureau is collecting donations today through March 2 to feed hungry residents of Dougherty County and to provide food assistance for Ronald McDonald House in Macon. Half of the money collected will be used to assist the hungry in Dougherty County. The other half will go to Ronald McDonald House in Macon.

Junior League part of ‘Support a Survivor’

The Junior League of Albany is supporting a national Junior League fundraiser during February called “Support a Survivor.”
