Glass!!! I agree 2% is not a big amount. Your missing the main point. No other City Employee or even County Sheriff Dept and County Police are getting anything and in many have not for 3 yes or more. How can WGL which is the City and the same City of Albany try to give raises. Not fair to the rest of hard working City and County people. That's what I am saying. Budgets are tight. The place the City needs to be looking for funds for all is to stop wasting so much taxpayer dollars on housing deals gone bad.

Warbington is a typical Board Member. He does not See the big picture with the City and County. No other group is budgeted a raise but he wants WGL to get a raise. We have County and City Police with No Raises. Also Fireman as well as all other City, County Workers but he wants the WGL people to get a Raise. Typical short thinking by Warbington. But hey its just play money to him. I am sure everyone in the City and County gov could use a raise but to only address WGL as Warbington proposes is wrong.
