I can hear the conversation now. Dr. Mosley probably said to Goseer that he has two options: he can retire or be retired. :) This should have happened a long time ago. Now, all of the remaining tax payers get to support him. I wish I could mess up with tax payers money, get protected, and then retire on taxpayers money. As Sister Ruby says, 'It's a great gig if you can get it."

Where is the conference for asian, latino, or native american mayors? I think I covered evry other group bisides white. If you want solidarity and teamwork, why not have a conference for all of the mayors in the state of Georgia? I guess that would make too much sense.
