I'm not complaining about the residents...and most owners are not concerned by the residents. It is the high traffic, etc. that comes with them.

I have a friend who has a house next to one of the personal care homes...they can't sell their home because of it. Unfortunately people aren't going to choose to live near one. I understand people choosing to put a family member in one as opposed to an institution. But until more regulations are put in place....homeowners are going to fight it.

The bail for this man is WAY too low....Yeah I know innocent until proven guiltym but it is still too low for the charges. And I agree with Ms. Lewis that jail will not cure this man, but she is delusional in thinking that this man can be fixed and remain with her, and her children. And she should be more worried about the kids in that household, than fixing him. I am just hoping they caught this man before the child porn turned into abuse against those children. If he didn't it was only a matter of time....
And before I am chastised by anyone...I have had personal experience enough to know of what I am saying...

I agree with "Spike"....while my vote, let alone Georgia's electoral votes are not the ones that put Obama back in the White House, we shouldn't give up. The divisive attitudes, and criticism will only compound the issues we all face.
The best revenge we can give is to live our lives as God wants us to do...

Unfortunately trick or treating isn't saved for the young ones anymore. It has become common place for kids who are in high school and older to go door to door, not in costume, with a pillowcase asking for candy. And telling them "No" is risking retaliation...so for the past few years we have elected not to do it at all.
