Sorry about the typos, meant threw one up in reference to Kooi and holes weren't there for hoyte intially. How about the band and cheer leaders? The band was good, very good and spoken of in favorable tones by our host. The cheerleaders too did their thing but, a word of caution. don't get drawn into taunting. The tumbling was excellent but the finger pointing and in your face attitudes can cause trouble, stick to your routines and always dignified. The band gets an A+, Cheerleaders A- Next week: Homecoming. Bye the way: Great turnout of ASU fans and show of school spirit, A+

Kooi had a decent game but did throw one up for grabs around the 2:30 mark of the 2nd Qtr. He is in my opinion to valuable to be calling his number on running plays, go direct snap to a running back as a wrinkle a couple times during a game.ahaoles weren't there for Hoyte intially but he kept plugging and everybody knew it would be just a matter of time. In the 3rd #22 missed a tackle then stood flat footed as the play got past him, got to follow the play. Number 96 although a good player needed rest and could have been exploited more by Morehouse who I think sensed he was tired, do we not have a capable backup to rest this guy for a few plays? Overall grade of a C-. Game shouldn't have been as close but we'll take it.

According to their web page, their homecoming will be the 27th. but never mind that we still need to win and have a good showing like last weeks. I feel like you guys are picking up a head of steam and we the fans are getting hyped as well. Do what you do !

The defense played inspired ball in Macon. Moody put a solid hit on the Lane QB, hopefully the kid will be alright.

Sorry coach, you had four delay of game penalties by my count. Why not give the QB the wrist band with plays, some high schools do it. As I said after the Miles game there needs to be some situational plays ready for down and distance. I will be in the stands at Morehouse, kick butt Golden Rams!

ASU’s offense comes alive in 36-14 win

The next opponent, Morehouse lost in overtime to Lane on 9/22. Come on up to the Atl. for this 7 pm game and stick around and visit some of the sites, stone mountain ,six flags,centennial olympic park are maybe the Ga.Aquariam before going back to Albany. The Falcons will be out of town on Sunday for a 1 pm game aginst Oakland.

ASU’s offense comes alive in 36-14 win

Lane game was my first and these are my observations: Kooi was impressive, had a lot of zip on his passes. Hoyte is for real when it comes to running the ball and has speed and tenacity, whomever sends in offensive plays need to work on some situational calls, there were at least four delay of game penalties directly attributed to late plays being sent in. Finally utilize your big back to help protect the quarterback. Kooi was rushed or hit to often. On to Morehouse, I hope to be there.

I can only wonder if the Rams would have won if the opposing quarterback would have played? I'm not saying he should have but for now this is only an accusation. If there is any substance to this charge then he should get more than five minutes of time in the Cook County lockup.
