You are one of the few. This is what the system is supposed to be set up for. There are people who collect welfare all year. and still receive $3,000 to $6,000 in tax "refunds" each year. This is what must stop.

GG, You should read up on the sequester. It came from the Whitehouse. Taxes were increased on the wealthy in October 2012. Obama wanted to increase them more in Jan. 2013. Look to other news sites beyond MSNBC.

What laws and regulations did the CEO violate? EPA, while granted, they didn't inspect, has nothing to do with fire safety. OSHA can can evaluate a known or found fire hazard and force the required remedy. But we don't know what caused the fire at this point. This is a sparsely populated county. About the population of Baker Co. They probably don't have a "county EPA". My money is on an electrical fire. Probably caused by corrosion from the ammonia in a damaged or faulty box. Made worse by a poorly trained volunteer fire dept. using water on a chemical fire instead of the proper fire retardent.

You have no idea how extensive it is. My Sister-in-law works for the Health Dept. on the border. Nearly half of her "clients" live in Mexico. And there is nothing she can do about it by law.
