The second amendment is not subject to a up or down vote by ANY legislative, judicial, or executive branch. There is a process to amend the Constitution, and if it is so wanted, as the President, as well as others, claim, then they should have no problem starting the process. But just like them shoving the Affordable Healthcare Act (which now looks anything but affordable) down the American's throats, they are cowards and would rather do back-door, late-night deals, just like the cockroaches that they all are!

I will obey the law as long as the other person does the same. Most cyclist get this, but just because you are a pedestrian, does not mean that any part of the street is your crosswalk.
