I'm not really sure why you would say that. I go to the Downtown Post Office pretty often, and the staff there have always been polite and helpful with me. That's one of the reasons I like going to that location.
If this is the case then why not do something about there being Heritage Bank of the South, and The Heritage Bank. They are two separate banks with nearly the same name and both cover parts of South Georgia. I dunno, if I were in their position, I'd be worried about brand recognition.
Seems the USADA is going to ignore their own rules and pursue this several years after the 8 year limit (their own rules and guidelines have an 8 year limit for pursuing these things) has passed. This looks like little more than a power trip from the USADA.
