The tax code gives rich Americans to avoid tax while the rest of us pay more. Obviously it's unfair. Whether or not you agree that the rich people in the U.S. should pay more taxes, the reality is that the Internal Revenue Service has allowed a number of tax code loopholes. With these loopholes, the resourceful can save cash by working out tax exemptions. Considering that the tax rate actually declines when yearly income surpasses $1.5 million, there's certainly something at work. That's how the rich avoid taxes.
