Businessman Gieryic cited for code violations
It is a sad day in America when the government prohibits the Star-Spangled Banner from being flown over private property. This is not some communist country like China or North Korea; so why is the City of Albany acting like it is? I wish Mr. Gieryic the best of luck in his fight to overturn this outrageous law. He just picked up another customer. May the Star-Spangled Banner forever wave over the land of the free and the home of the brave!
