I wonder how much he got paid to stay..........and who paid him
Have you not seen stray dogs and cats roaming the city day and night? They are well capable of defending themselves they were living alone long before we came in and gave them jobs!
A dog on a chain done correctly is a well behaved beast.
He's a dog I don't care how he feels! He has a job to do he's performs it well In exchange for feed. Dogs are not humans and should not be treated as such. They coexist with humans and provide a service to us no different than cows-horses-chickens-goats we are the dominant species and rule as such no animal is in the same class as people.
My dog only wants to hunt other than that he could care less about you petting him or him being with a pack he gets fed once a day and hunted a couple of times a week in season then he spends every other day on a chain in the yard
KIA of Albany is not owned by KIA Autosport of Tallahassee which owns the KIA dealership in Columbus.....
I have dogs outside on chains as well as numerous other animals they have fur or feathers they will be fine. Please mind your own business
In response to complaints on a UKC forum, a club official posted that they believe Batesville can put on "a nicer event for our customers" and that they wanted to move last year but allowed Albany to host the 25th anniversary event.
Even AKC doesn't list this hunt as a major event on their webpage
Well since the "Exchange Club" is a leading child abuse organization and sponsors a NATIONAL PROJECT: PREVENT CHILD ABUSE. So did and does every event that is held at the Exchange Club so in fact the Largest fundraiser of the year was the UKC Coonhunt in which they ( Exchange Club-City Of Albany) lost. So calling this a benefit hunt is in a way a just a reason to try and get more people out to come hunt in a dying Coonhunting KC. Everybody wants to call it a "Benefit Hunt" and it is, the last Kennel Club didn't need to push the social button to draw more than this hunt will ever bring in Child Abuse Prevention is only being brought up this time to draw people in to a event hat won't make it more than a few years at best. Albany and the Exchange Clubs former leaders screwed the pooch with the UKC hunt-lost "Child Abuse Prevention money as well as City of Albany local money as usual!!! Raffling a gun/tool box off to raise money for the kids is great but keeping the largest fundraiser the Exchange Club and maybe the City of Albany Convention & Visitors Bureau had might have been a better option.
The AKC is a embarrassment to coon hunting a chicken show? The UKC Winter Classic has 850+ Dogs (400+) a night entered in Mississippi! The Exchange Club and City of Albany screwed the pooch in not keeping this hunt. Millions are gone when Albany chose not to upgrade facilities and insisted on not being hospitable to their guests!! After seeing just 100 dogs(50 a night) expected & barely any vendors with a circus of a "Poultry" show this hunt will fizzle out in a short time.
