I don't mind the cyclists when they are obeying the laws. What I do mind is when I'm driving at night through downtown Leesburg at night, and there is a cyclist riding along the center double yellow line between four lanes of traffic.
I had a co-worker (who was completely healthy other than being overweight) use her deceased mother's handicap tag on her car for two years. I called the police department to report her and all they told me was that they couldn't do anything unless they caught her parking in the handicap spot. It totally sickened me.
