Why would they appeal? Maybe because they're trying to save face. Maybe they think they can BS their way through the tribunal. Or, maybe they're just to stupid to realize that there really is evidence.

Fighting for his father's legacy

Yaz Johnson serves as a good example of a bad example. I point to him and tell my son that, no matter what I accomplish in my lifetime, do not EVER do what this guy does. I would rather be forgotten, than to have my name tarnished with a son's arrogance.
There have been plenty of proposals, and Johnson hasn't been satisfied with any of them. I wish the Commission would tell him to go pound sand and leave him alone. Shame on YOU Carlton Fletcher for giving this guy more ink to degrade his father's memory.

It's funny, but most of the Code Enforcement officers have poor attitudes, and Tom Gieryic has always been professional. Take a wild guess who I actually believe? It sure isn't Mike Tilson who is known by many to be used by local officials for look for violations of a punitive nature against opponents. Oh yeah, THIS is the "Good Life City". I'm just glad we're "pro-business". Just imagine what things would be like if we were "anti-business"?
