What a load of horse squeeze! The term "victimless crime" is not a misnomer. The only reason people are harmed on those border towns and Border Patrol agents are in such danger is because the drugs are illegal in the first place. When something is illegal, the criminals will be the ones to deal with it.
Then you mention prostitution. What about places where it is legal? What if a single man hires a prostitute? No spouse or child to hurt there.
