All of the county offices and departments are underfunded and understaffed to serve the existing population..It is inevitable, that as the population of the county continues to grow, taxes will have to be increased. Due to poor planning and not increasing in small increments as the population began to grow years ago, we"re going to eventually be hit with a large increase at one time. A temporary moratorium should be placed on all residential development until the county services can catch up. If they can't, the moratorium should be made permanent.
