Mandy, thank you for a timeless and relevant message that so many need to hear. I just lost a friend, suddenly, unexpectedly. Not only does it remind me of my own mortality, but also how important it is to not wait, to not assume we can do or say something later. We can never retrieve time that has passed. Yes, help someone else is very rewarding and enlightening. I facilitate a support group where I think I learn more about people and myself than they sometimes do. It is a gift to be able to give to someone. Tomorrow is another day that is not here yet, and yesterday is dead and gone. It's today where we can make a difference and make good memories.
