High school athlete charged in rape case
If spokesman R.D. Harter thinks he has a good police force, he is crazier than I thought. That police force is run by two idiots, Conley and Phillips. I’m sure this rape case will turn out like the last athlete from Westover that Phillips arrested for the same charge. I sure hope he has clear video of what actually happen.
