I work a full time job with the city I live in and I have worked in social services for a few years. Most of the welfare queens get MORE in subsidies than I make in a month. They will NEVER take a minimum wage job (probably all they are qualified to do) because they "make" more off of the system.
As much as I tried to give this drivel a chance, I just could not look past her grammatical errors.
For example: 3rd paragraph, third sentence from the bottom. ", demand that we move pass this." Um, don't you mean "past this"?
How about this one: "What is the product at hand?" Shouldn't that be "task" at hand? The last I heard, and educational system does not have products; they do however have children and teachers preforming tasks.
Anyway, there were more errors but I won't edit further; the "piece" just didn't flow for me. It sounded like someone who tries really hard to sound intelligent but once they speak or write, you know otherwise. I'll just say proper English and writing is not her "thing". She is however, a very pretty lady. That is a nice picture.
I feel bad for the kids. Like VSU said, she was probably raised like that herself. It's sad that the children had to endure filth and neglect. I'm glad they will lay their head down tonight in a better environment (hopefully).

Man, ya'll are a judgmental bunch! No compassion AT ALL!! Jesus loved the unlovable and had compassion for all people! Shouldn't we be more like him?
