There may be a frivolous "Lorenzo Heard" type lawsuit, but there won't be any legitimate lawsuits. Goseer seems the most likely to sue the DCSS for his own incompetence, but then, he thinks lawyers' interpretations of the law are just suggestions. What an idiot.

So you want to move the teachers from the "good" schools to teach the poor kids as punishment? Why not educate the parents of the low achieving students about being involved in their child's education? Why are you so cynical and hateful? You miss "34", don't you?

You don't think there's documentation of the stupidity of the last couple of years? Dr. Mosely won't read the newspaper article about Goseer using school funds to bail out a student. He will see the cancelled check, and the school system's lawyer's report that it was an inappropriate use of funds. He won't read in the Herald that Title I funds were misused. He will read the state's report about how much was misused, and who is responsible. He's been here long enough to do that. Holding people accountable won't earn us any lawsuits.

Bob Beckel is not a liberal democrat. Fox just labels him that, so they can claim to be fair and balanced. Suggesting that we ship out people based on religion is CRAZY!

This is why Dr. Mosely is here. Adminstrators who don't produce, don't deserve to have a downtown job created for them - they deserve to be shown the door.

One of the good guys?!?! You are WAY off!! Dr. Davis is a crook - most of what he's done will never be known publicly, so at least he's being held accountable for something.

Your school system isn't producing employable graduates. After that's happened for a generation or two, it's a hard pattern to break. Being dependent on entitlements is a result of bigger problems, it isn't the core problem.

...and why can't kids pull up their pants? Driving around in their fast cars, playing their music too loud!

How is closing schools an act of greed? We have empty classrooms at other schools, and can move teachers, if necessary. The kids will be fine. Having six middle school is a luxury we can no longer afford!
