I don't think he implied his were bigger, but he did speak the truth. Go back and look at some of the posts and tell me that what he said isn't a true statement of fact. You will see it all the time...the posturing and name calling by internet thugs as he so aptly put it.

Whjy did they call Romney's health care reform in Massachusetts Romneycare? Simply because some Editor in some newspaper office gave it the name or some reporter used it in a storyline....probably the same reason they called the Health Care Act of 2012 Obamacare. If someone else had been president I guess they would have stuck -care on the end of their name. Want to check the facts on both...here you go...

I interpret the message this way: Maybe the squawker wants to see the attitude of the people changing, from always griping and exhibiting poor behavior (especially in here on these blogs). A very simple message but I don't see any Biblical doctine for not everyone reading it is a Christian so they don't get the same message. I would bet that the non-Christian is probably the better behaved contributor in here than the so-called Christian.

I have been reading these blogs for a while now and the ones I take serious are written by those who don't exhibit the "look at me I am somebody" personality. There are only a few like that on here who are worth following so I mainly skim thru, then read a few regular columunist, then exit. You are correct tho TRUTH101..anyone can have a set, huh?

No I am not addressing those who are badmouthing Obama and I don't know why the thing ended up so big (it did that before and I don't know why). I just tried to make a point about the health care law. I don't think a lot of people understand it. I didn't agree with the law myself and it doesn't even have any effect on me or my health care. I am retired military and have Medicare and Tricare4Life so have the cushion of Tricare to fall back on and don't have to wander thru the maze of Rx plans and supplemental plans that most do. My main purpose was to let people know the battle was long fought and the war is not over yet. Sorry you misunderstood and for your obvious misplaced anger now towards me.

I guess that was the point I was trying to make Jimboob.....why are they so mean in here? Were they the kids who were so badly bullied in school that now that they are adults this is how they get out their aggression for all the torment they endured?

$60,000 a year for what...Red? a family of how many? Do you mean a family of 4 living off $60K a year in welfare benefits? My wife and her fellow workers did that once and came up with a ballpark figure of about $40K for a family of 4 living on welfare, including a mother with 2 kids, both below 5 years of age and a disabled husband. They made him truly disabled, an industrial accident, and gave him a small SSD check too. They did this about 10 years ago when she was still working so I am sure things have changed and now she is retired herself.

I totally agree with you. I am amazed at how much anger and jealousy comes out in people here in these blogs and the terrible attitude so many exhibit. So many who call themselves Christians too. How can they possibly believe they truly are to act this way?
