State BOE freezes DCSS Title I funding

I thought the same.

Fortunately, the State has followed the trail of FREE bread crumbs leading to the DCSS and are by all aspects, on top of this unbelievable situation. I truly hope jobs are lost and replaced by competent individuals who are not searching for free handouts and huge paydays at the expense of our children.
