Also my nephew who's family hails from Tift County is in it. His name is Joe Davis Massingill. On the previews, he's the guy hitting the ball (black shirt). Looks like a great movie either way.

wow Albany Herald.....this was the best of the day, huh? Read it out loud 3 times and tell us all what the writer was trying to convey.

Top notch job of reporting here......there are at least 3 Subways that I know of (assuming that we're talking about Albany here, but that would be a guess as well).

He screwed up, was publicly humiliated, got sat in the corner, and had to publicly and privately mend a lot of fences...... it's done. Let's move on. Good luck, sir.

Both of you need to get your facts straight.......

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency expects to deport about 400,000 people this fiscal year, nearly 10 percent above the Bush administration's 2008 total and 25 percent more than were deported in 2007. The pace of company audits has roughly quadrupled since President George W. Bush's final year in office.

SweetLou 2 years, 2 months ago on Edwards recuses himself from Baker school lunch fraud case

Look, give the guy a break. He probably knows both of these people personally and it is right and proper that he recuse himself. Besides, in this town, whatever the outcome, people would have shouted from the court house steps that the 'fix' was in. Theres no way he could have prosecuted either of these cases. He did the right thing..... which is, frankly, a refreshing change.

Well Doctor, I’m sure that somewhere along your path to your PhD you were taught the difference between fraud, abuse of power / position and flagrant disregard for established policies and the failure to properly secure records and computer files. I know that I was; at home by my father.

What you, and a lot of like-minded people like you fail to recognize and address is the systemic, endemic, and cultural group-think of the black leaders in this community that insist they make and follow their own rules; not the rule of government or the rest of society. Every single scandal of the past few years can be ultimately traced back to the notion that if one is in a position of authority and power in this community that they are subject to no other authority than their own. Congratulations sir on your doctorate and from a truly outstanding institution.
