I do not encourage littering, but in this case maybe people will throw their trash out on that portion of the highway. Then maybe the KKK will be relieved of their cleaning duties because they cannot keep up with the litter removal.

I live in Putney. I say raise my taxes if it will keep the DCP in our area. Consolidation? Don't think for a minute that law enforcement positions will not be lost. I never see a Sheriffs car in my neighborhood. If I could be guaranteed that the patrolling and services would not go down, I would be if favor of consolidation. I live in a decent neighborhood and I like to see DCP riding by.
