I think this is an awesome idea! And a great solution for the dwindling downtown area. Folks will still frequent The Cookie Shoppe and Subway because they have indoor, climate controlled seating, so I would think they have nothing to worry about.

So sad! I loved Riverfront BBQ downtown. Just can't get into the Lee County location for some reason. Maybe too much competition all around there to choose from. I agree with the posting above. Maybe downtown needs more food trucks like the big cities. We definitely need more than 2 choices for food, Cookie Shoppe and Subway.

Correction-the downtown Subway USED to be the best in town. Then the owners/managers sold out to someone else and service has never been the same. The husband and wife that used to run it made that place above and beyond any other food place here in town. They were always very pleasant, customer service was their number one priority, they were efficient and very clean. I miss that!
