Most, if not all UPS flights are during the night when there is no one manning the control tower. If the city really wants it manned, just pay the guy until govt funding resumes. Sheesh, the money spent on sending these people to DC would pay his salary for a couple of months.

So what is a "multimodal" site anyway? It suggests multi types of transportation when in reality its a city bus station. Not a thing wrong with the current site. There, I just saved the city and taxpayers millions of dollars.
