Yeah, you could count on the food to be over-priced. A meal in the cafeteria downtown ain't cheap! Might work if it were independent of Phoebe! Or, would be a great location for a Subway - and one could "eat fresh."

These people spend a lot of time "making a name" for themselves. Seems she's made another name and a not-so-favorable one! Send her through the system just like everybody else - not that the sytem is going to do much. They'll fine her. That's all they want anyway - money!

Is the current bus system cost-efficient? The buses I see on the streets have very few or no passengers at all! Maybe it should be abandoned altogether and give these folks MBs, BMWs and JAG's like their neighbors!! lol
