Statuatory rape implies the "victim" was willing.Mr O'neal is still a preditor and belongs behind bars,but the morals of so many young ladies encourage the crime.Both are guilty,as well as our society.

Georgia law mandates that a minimum distance of three feet be given between the auto and the cyclist or pedestrian.In some states it's five feet. Haven't all seen the "SHARE THE ROAD" signs. Pedestrians and cyclists have the legal right of way but also are required to obey the same traffic laws as autos.
