The parents have been involved. They elected the flunkies who ran down the current system. They voted color and notquality. I vote quality no mattter what. Several of the past school board members couldnt read write or spell. ?????????? And the parents voted them in. You asked for it and you got it. Now , finally someone who isnt afraid of the Albany majority is cleaning house. Straight from the Gov's office. Havent heard any lip from the group have you??? Wonder why?? More than meets the eye in the background, All kinds of hands in the pot maybe. Albany is moving foward but no way it will last until "parents get involved" and vote intelligently.

Once again why I left Albany and wont be back. A sad case of corruption. How many good black people have really been helped by the elite groups that have brought Albany to its knees. They are in it to take the money and run and could care less about the people they claim to represent.

WOW! Exactly why we left Albany Ga. Tired of getting blamed for what some black folks do. Always my fault because I'm white. White people forced them to cheat.? Cant be me now because I'm gone. Not coming back either. Why would you put william wright in the news? Has he ever accomplished anything positve?? Now you add another racist's comments. That is the problem with Albany, negative racial news all day long. No wonder no one gets along and Albany is sunk.!! Not sinking ,,SUNK!!

Dr. Adams thank you for jumping in a game nobody could win and not many would even join. You were not afraid and told me that you would like to make a difference and bring the city together. Unfortunately, the other leaders in Albany do not want to be "together". They have their own obvious agendas based on color and will sacrifice anyone even our school system to get what they want. Thank you for your efforts and for caring enough to try.
