Your absolutely correct and, that's exactly what I would expect "my Pitt" to do if you entered into my yard or home uninvited. "Responsible" people who choose to take on the responsibility of owning a "vicious breed" should know what they are capable of before they take on that responsibility. I feel that 90% of incidents involving Pitt Bulls are a direct result of irresponsible owners.

I am a pit bull owner and my dog stays inside 90% of the time. She only goes outside to do her business and play when i have time to go out with her. I live in a neighborhood full of children running up and down the street every afternoon playing with balls and, with each other. I would feel comfortable leaving her out all day but I choose not to put her or myself in a situation where something bad may happen. I let her out one afternoon and went to get something out of the house only to return and find a group of teenage boys terrorizing my dog with sticks. They were laughing and thought it was funny. I blame irresponsible owners for the terrible things that happen involving pit bulls or any type of dog. Something bad is bound to happen when these animals are chained up to a tree for their entire lives with very little human contact.

What's the difference in getting married, making babies and then getting a divorce? OR just skipping the headache of marriage/divorce and living to make yourselves happy rather than try to please a bunch of judgmental, mean people? I thought I said I was in a committed relationship? Is it really that much different from marriage?

I want to know what is so wrong about 2 people being in a committed relationship with one another and choose to not be married right away. Yea I know what the bible says but who is anyone to judge and question someone's decision to not be married? I have been in a relationship for 9 years that produced 2 beautiful children but I think it is equally wrong for someone to question my decision to not up and run to the courthouse and get married. People have used and abused the system for years and will continue to do so regardless. Like others before me have said 2 innocent people tragically lost their lives way too early and it's very sad that this is what the topic of conversation has to be about.

Maybe i should file a complaint bc he has basically taken my money and i have recieved nothing in return. Tony Jones, if you read this please call the clients you accepted money from before you have another complaint filed.

Im almost 100% positive that the 6000 is just the bond for the traffic violations that he received, I think I read there was around 21 charges. That is not including the charge for trafficing cocaine. It usually requires someone higher than a magistrate judge to grant a bond for a charge like that. It will more than likely take his PAID lawyer a month or two to get him a bond hearing scheduled before a superior court judge. This type of information makes me wonder about the reporters and writers of stories we read daily. They take absolutely no time to investigate facts so they can publish true information. 90% of the stories i read are probably misleading and sometimes all together bogus. You cant believe everything you read.

Umm thats exactly my point "spring chickens" if your current degree or job skill isnt helping you become employed, go back to school and learn something that will! Yall remind me of minoritys crying about discrimination "oh i cant get a job because im black or, i can get a job because im mexican, blah, blah, blah. I guess the "new" thing is "oh i cant get a job or go back to school because im old". Regardless of my spelling OR my annual income you got the point and, I have a job. Go try Walmart, they hire elderly and the mentally disabled. A job is a job, and in case you people havent noticed a lot of 2 year degrees have higher job placement than 4 year degrees. My mother had the same job for 30 years, lost that job and was offered a better one 3 months later and she is no "spring chicken" either. Rather than do something about your situation just get online and complain about it day after day, thatll show em for sure.

Im so sick of hearing people talk about there are no jobs, been out of work for 2+years ect. I just graduated college and was hired at the first job I applied for. If you have been out of work for a period of time maybe you should use that as an opportunity to go back to school. If your having trouble feeding and clothing your children because you dont have a job or an education, McDonalds is always hiring. Dont complain about your situation if you havent done anything to make it better. I dont think either canidate is much better than the other but if Obama is re-elected blame the republicans for not choosing a better opponate to run against him. Im not rich by far and I have recieved public assistance before so I concider myself apart of that 47% Romney was talking about. There a plenty of jobs out there, just maybe not jobs that you are qualified for.

I agree with Anothermom. If the whole paper had been dedicated to 911 then people would be fussin about that too, cant win for losing. I dont think I would go so far as name calling, saying people should get fired, or die for the choosing of SOTD . Sounds a bit dramatic to me but, I can also tell by some of the daily and numerous comments made by some people that they are not that intelligent anyways. Some of the trashy comments I see on here are no better than the Honey Boo Boo family anticts.

I guess the child molesters and drug dealers that live on every street in Albany dont make property values decline? Or how about lets not help these women and let them walk, live, and work on the streets. I am sure that will increase property value as much as the active gangs in this town along with the nightly smash and grabs. Heartless. And obviously if the drug dealers and prostitutes are in the facility they are seeking a positive change and help to change their lifestyles, they can leave the center at their own will so I am sure if they wanted to relapse they would leave the facility and the area. Its not just the gang bangers and drug dealers that make Albany an awful town to live in, its ignorant people like this that dont welcome positive change.
